Dr. Danny Tran

Hello! I am Dr. Danny Tran and I was born and raised in Port Arthur, TX. As someone who was born and raised in the area, I would not only be honored but it would be my pleasure to be your primary eye care provider.

I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and earned my Doctorate of Optometry degree at the U.H. College of Optometry. My externships and or training focused on primarily ocular disease such as dry eye disease, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathies. I have externed at Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, TX, Good Neighbor Clinic in Houston, TX and Vision Ambulatory Surgery Center at the University of Houston.

I’ve spent hours studying the human eye, and I still think it’s the coolest piece of “machinery” on the planet. My goal is to make sure you leave here not just seeing better, but feeling like you’ve actually been cared for. Also, I promise not to judge you for how long you’ve been wearing that same pair of 'emergency' contacts. We’re in this together.
